Your failure to eliminate yesterday probably recycled the toxins through your colon-this is why it is so improtant to keep bowel moving with tea and SWF-Not to worry though just keep going and folow the cleanse and all will be fine-I'm on day 21 and feel great, however day four was a horror and considered gving up-I'm glad i didn't and I must say by day 6 I started feeling much better-once you get over the hump it is much easier and physically you feel much better and just battle some psychological cravings-today i would drink about ten lemonades and plenty of water-i drink 2 gal per day total-
