Anyone know any good supplements for kidney stones?

I took 500mg of Chanca Piedra and it actually made my kidney hurt, I think by moving the stone around.

Has anyone tried a higher dosage, I read the higher doses dissolve the stones into gravel rather than just chip away at them with a low dose.

After that pain I instinctively went with human nature and stopped the supplement, but I am thinking towards it may have not been enough and a higher dose is needed.

Anyone with experience please offer any input, thanks.
