Thank you. Unfortunately I've never seen anything 'evidential' in my stool. I'm just going on the symptoms. In various places I've read to stop probiotics 3 or 4 days before testing. As per usual, different people say different things.

I should have realised from the Badbugs website that London don't do PCR testing. It's TFT, but at least I have the fixative this time. On the third day you put some in a dry tube as well as a solution tube. I think that might be to do with d. fragilis?
