The vast majority of cases are due to lifestyle - lack of sleep, alcohol, nutrition and dehydration. I think the best thing is to make sure you are drinking at least eight glasses of water each day along with your Master-Cleanse and getting as much regular sleep as possible! Some people swear by putting cold tea bags or cucumber over their eyes :)
