I know Dr. Fuhrman sells cook books and has good recipes, so does Dr. Mercola and Dr. Majid Ali. They all have recipes that Ima,ES me wonder too, about food combinations. But all of them, especially Dr. Fuhrman says, make a big salad your main meal. Salads are usually raw, where he says all micronutrients come from. In his lecture he said that some veggies and beans have to be cooked in order to get the nutrients from them. Also he stressed that cooking should be light and not over cooking.

I go for raw foods and plant based diet. I do cheat sometimes when with family/friends and they eat cooked foods, but I am picky, I do not eat things like pizza, donuts and other highly processed foods.

I did not buy Dr. Fuhrman's books but bought his raw salad dressings and raw snack bars and they went bad very quickly.
