Of course, you do not care if they die a few months later of liver failure or kidney failure.

Everything that you have presented as fact is irrelevant garbage and your statement above shows your colors as a pharma troll.

So, what do you recommend for adult O. volvulus which causes Onchocerciasis ( River Blindness )?

The only medication available is doxycycline ( an Antibiotic ) that kills the adult worms by killing the Wolbachia bacteria on which the adult worms depend and is often not very effective. However, there can be serious, even deadly side effects. A zapper would probably be much safer, faster, and more effective. No studies on this? wonder why?

The pharmaceutical companies do not want cheap effective products. They like it when you take Ivermectin every few month for years.
