I use peppermint essential oil which when enhaled stimulates the satiety part of the brain and curbs appetite. I use a therapeutic grade pure oil which is extremely strong and effective-be careful though, most of the store brands are not pure even though they say so. The labels say pure and are oil and fillers, though the fillers may be pure-a litle slick marketing-A sure fire way to know is whether or not you can injest it, pure peppermint, along with most other pure oils can be. Dill essential oil works similarly but I have not tried it myself
