Thank you! I just drank a whole head of celery. i will do all I can to get this under control..

I was going to town on the salt. I was craving it like crazy... and my period is supposed to come tomorrow. I usually put on 5-10 lbs in the week leading up to it... maybe the salt made it worse. I just hope I'm not having kidney problems.



I'll keep you posted.

One more question, Should I be drinking a lot of water to flush the sodium from my body? Or will too much water be hard on my kidneys?
