This process is called visceral manipulation and can be done via massage therapist (RMT). Visceral Manipulation is the manipulation of internal organs.

I myself have not tried it but will try it in the next month or so for a 3 year old umbilical hernia 1 inch above my belly button that is 4 mm is size.
