I tried this (coQ10) for a couple of weeks. I didn't find it to work, so I stopped.

I checked other forums for anyone who has "cured" candida instead of just decreased symptoms.

One user used Lufenuron and Kefir. I'm on my first week of lufenuron (2nd week of making my own Kefir), and it's looking great! I'm feeling great... My symptoms are slowly fading... and I'm losing very very little hair too. I'll be back in a few weeks to update.
