I shower every three days for this very reason. I also drink distilled water which has no fluoride in it, or any other contaminant. I have only seen one shower filter that actually removes fluoride (based on their lab results) and it cost about US$10,000 to purchase and install, and it was quite large.

Keep in mind that all your food and beverages will be swimming in fluoride, especially if you live in the US.
