My family has been drinking distilled water for about 10 years. We are all very healthy people.

Distillation removes 100% of the fluoride in water, as well as all other contaminants such as arsenic, mercury, lead, radioactive substances, and pharmaceutical drugs. Reverse osmosis does not remove 100% of these things.

If you are serious about your health, drink distilled. We do not add minerals or salts to our water. We get that from our food, instead.
