Sorry, I know this is not relevant to the question about taking medication.

Archus, I am reading Fuhrman's book "Eat To Live" and I bought his cook book. Do you think his methods are healthy? His meals are mostly cooked, and there is no proper food combining.

The testimonials in his books are incredible... But the diet goes against so much of what I have read. I have such mixed feelings, and would love some clarity.
