Also i think you are right about the crown. I have fillings in all 3 back molars (the other one was pulled because of a bad filling that let in infection. Im not sure what kind of filling it is but it is made of some sort of metal (i had no option as i was 14 and the public health system does every thing as cheap as they can).

My fillings wern't loose to the best of my knowledge. So maybe the oil pulling is forcing them out as they are a foriegn and unwanted poision in my mouth? (Just thinking out loud).
