Thanks, its still fantastic info. I have purchased the vitamins you recommended and i have a dr appt to get some blood tests done so i can find out exactly what i am defficient in.
Finding organic fruits and vege is actually quite difficult (i had no idea how hard it was) as according to consumer laws even fresh produce that can be bought from the markets has been sprayed with chemicals and all dairy products must be treated by law. There has to be better options out there than the supermarket stuff, i just have to find it.

So for now i have decided to take the vitamins reccomdended for a week and see if there is any change and then i will start cutting things out of my diet (except for the grains you have mentioned i have already stopped eating those and i im still Sugar free) to see if i can improve my mouth a bit more. That should give me time to research where i can buy healthier food without causing to much stress about it.
