btw nightshades might not be a problem for you, could just be an individual thing but if you pay attn to what you're eating (and from what plant families), you can notice things like this. for me the canned tomato products have much worse effect than a tomato fresh from the garden so it could be the varieties that farmers are growing.

also, i think i may have lost a crown from oil pulling. i didn't put 2 and 2 together until i saw people posting about it on here. so what you're saying there is probably correct also.
