U are wrong about sweets.
Candida overgrowth is caused by consuming too much protein.
Candida is a living cell, cells are made of protein.
This is why fruit eating vegans are healthiest cause the eat low protein fruit and veggies.
Sugar tastes good for a reason.
Protein is the enemy.
Lower protein and you will begin to digest the dead yeast cells inside, if yeast was made of Sugar id be wrong but they arnt they just use for energy.
Remember human cells live for weeks while yeast for hours, we dont need much protein for that reason.
Lower protein an you will utilize the yeast cells
