My goodness you are a strong fighter! I NEVER thought I would be off antidepressants but my gut instinct rarely leads me wrong...I am glad I listened to it. :) It isn't a fast process to correct what's been done to your body but in the long run, you'll be healthier and happier.

I wish you the best of luck with your journey. Know you have many cheerleaders here supporting you!
