Fenben with a meal , ivermectin on an empty stomach, doxy with plenty of water . i don't think day or nite matters, as long as the wormers are consumed their half life covers 24 hours. I took my ivermectin in 2 half doses in beginning due to the severity of my health but when I was getting better i did 1 full dose b4 bed.
