I don't know - does it feel like your food is eliminated entirely? You may refer to the routine I did last time before the fast. I had relatively good elimination. Still the last 3 days I had a focus on tracking everything to be gone.
You can have large red beet meal toward Thursday and assess how many meals you may be backed up, if it happens to be backed up.
