Does anyone know where I can get more info about doing back to back fasts? I can't find anything on Google. I would love to hear about anyone's experience with it... I'm wondering how the fasts compare...

What is the same, what's easier or more challenging, what are the phases of healing are on a second extended fast... Is the weight loss slower?
