Hello, I am on day 29 and have los 30 pounds. Almost a pound a day, however I started 100 pounds overweight. But even if I didn't have weight to lose, I would do this again. I feel like a new person, clean and what is really interesting...I stopped smoking over 2 years ago and just today I started coughing up black gunk from my lungs! Awesome, it's even cleaning them!
