Boron is the topic--I was correcting my statement of the original post, that it isn't actually a heavy metal, but more dangerous than even some of the heavy metals like cadmium. It is also more toxic than lead. I don't think there is such a thing as a daily therapeutic dose. It's like saying there's a daily therapeutic dose of drain cleaner.
