I will not continue this debate. You guys love to argue. My illness will not allow this. If I knew this was going to start a huge attack, I would not have come.

I could write an entire blog on Chris's messages of info on being a naturalist.

Would I do a Water Fast again? Yes, but I would not do a long one. I would start with 1 day and then longer.

Have a blood pressure monitor with you always.

Finally don't judge or believe the stuff these attackers write.
