I'm on day 19 and lost aprox 12 pounds-if you want to lose weight you can cut down on Maole syrup, instad of usring 2 tbs per lemonade use 1 and 1/2 though you might find more hunger pangs when you cut down. I have used the standard 2 and lost weight, however weight loss has a lot to do with what your situation is when starting-if you have plenty of pounds to lose it will come off rapidly-buy " The Master Cleanser " by Stanley Burroughs if you want to do this properly-it is pamphlet size. just a few hours read and cost only $7
How to cleanse is not just during the cleanse but how you come off the cleanse and graduate back to normal healthy diet
