Thanks for officially clearing this up, Archus. Having such dramatic disinformation being spread among fasters is toxic. Getting the truth out there provides truth, encouragement, and motivation to all fasters! Very glad to hear that Chris is doing well, I didn't know of Chris a few weeks ago, but after hearing his story and how it turned sour changed a few of my views on fasting and to have that story officially debunked can revert those unhealthy changes.
