Hey!
Sounds like you need a good plan.
There are few things I can think of.
1. Natural oils (coconut is great; or OO) on the problematic spot - will decrease discomfort an help healing.
2. 80/20 diet may be not the best for you at this point, since good fat in food in your case will promote healing and free-passage through the colon and rectum. There is a Youtube vid w Dr Fuhrman on 80/10/10 diet
3. I'd have at least 2 tbsp of ground flax seed mixed with juices or salads or raw/or cooked soups
4. You may have just a simple (but serious) rectal tear (happens often in young ppl esp women) +/- increased tonus of the sphincters.
5. Less likely: internal hemorrhoides
the last two can be visualized with/w/o/ local anesthesia by a abdominal surgeon or anyone who has anoscope/rectoscope they will examine just the few 10/15 cm at the end of your digestive tract.
Diverticuli are not so frequent in young age.
If you start raw vegan take extra care to avoid or chop/chew/discard at least in the beginning rough fiber as from bell peppers/other peppers sometimes apple peel (chewing chopping should be enough for these) and and also for ex. from pineapple outer layer, which is best to discard including the spots with the seeds.
Ease elimination and soften the stool with things like avocado citrus fiber, apples are good too. If you can do 1 week fast at some point it will let your colon rest even better. Take extra care to clean up beforehand - important in cases like yours.
Best,
DL
