Hi Guys, I want to do the Liver Flush but I am a bit scared about using Epsom Salts . Can someone please answer the following questions:

1)I read in a article that magnesium overdose can be bad and in some cases even fatal. The FDA of magnesium is 400 mg whereas in the Hulda Clark flush the magnesium dose is about 14 grams. (3.5 grams per tablespoon). That's way too high dose of magnesium. Can someone explain me how taking this high dose is not risky?

2)Can I take only the 6 P.M. and 8 P.M. doses of magnesium (so as to open the bile ducts) and not the next day morning doses and instead use salt water to flush out the stones?

3)The third thing about Epsom Salts is that the manufactures don't use the word "food grade" or "U.S.P." where I live. I found a product that says pure natural Epsom Salts but it is labelled as bath salt (nobody knows that epsom salts can be taken as a magnesium supplement or used for liver flush). I am uploading 2 images of the salt I found. This may be too much but perhaps you can tell me from seeing it if it is pure Epsom Salt or contaminated with chemicals.

The salt particles stick together to each other and its not freely flowing as Sea Salt or rock salt.

Notice how the salt doesn't fall off the edge of the spoon (in the right side of the photo)

Thanks Guys.
