I am actually shocked how fast Borax worked on my knees, although my issue is very minor, I notice these kinda deficiencies, very minor cracking sounds are gone. My joint feels like it has extra cushion in it now.

I am stopping Borax for a few days and then starting again. I will add lemon slices as per Ginagirl's suggestion.
