do you eat a lot of grains, breads, sugars etc?

when i went on paleo (with a lot of vegetables too) a few years ago and also took Vit K2 my teeth and gums became a lot healthier

also, your significant other seems kinda rude. would think they would want to help you. maybe find someone else
