"Good detox" depends on what you are trying to get rid of.
We have many by-products of normal chemical processes in the body that we need to get rid of.
Then there are external toxins such as heavy metals, herbicides, food additives , etc.
Ammonia that you mentioned previously can be from gut bacteria. Do you have an imbalance of them?
Some of the more sickly members of heavy metal --HM--detox groups mention some of your symptoms. at some point you could consider HMs as a cause or contributing factor.
You could check out the symptom lists under the 1000+ hair test at this site used by members of HM detox groups.

However since you already have a high ammmonia test result, why not start there? Avoid high amounts of foods that contribute to it. Consider taking supplements that help break down ammonia--AKG, etc. Hopefully you are already consuming adequate amounts of water.
I once got a stool test looking for imbalances. My Bifidob was low. I now take some probiotics that include Bifidob.
"Clostridia are competitors of Bifidobacteria, and Clostridia produce ammonia."

If you are not familiar with this type of natural or functional medicine approach, check out the videos of Dr Mark Hyman. He was partially disabled by a very long list of symptoms when he was a young doctor.

While I was grateful to Dr H for helping me to discover my HM problem, I chose Cutler's detox protocol. I got very important gains in my health from 2 yrs of HM detox.
