Oh wow I didn't realize you were back at it too! Good for you! Do you mind me asking what your plan is? Are you doing several shorter? Or are you going longer this one?

I can see why you wouldn't want to lose too much. Is bulking up before fasting an option for not getting too thin? Or would that be unhealthy?
