He has already agreed to do a Colon Cleanse in the spring.. maybe April/May.
We were going to do it right after this fast but I think its a bad idea to make our digestion work the P&B so hard after being shut down... so we will wait..
OMG we are looking forward to the oranges and coconuts I have in the basement fridge!!!

He is Italian and pretty much ate it every day of his life!!
I am a HUGE potato lover... him, not so much!!
After I did the 20 day fast in DEC... I was eating potatoes day 2 of refeeding.. that is ALL i wanted and all i pretty much ate for a week!!
