Wow. Your parents taught you that? Amazing. I've learned to handle strict protocols, but it is nearly impossible to handle a panic attack if it occurs while fasting. Before mold I was able to fast on lemon water for DAYS while still being active. I really miss the euphoria...I could use that right now since my Depression got worse in November. I'm just concerned about the weakness coming back from possible anemia. I've been posting on another thread about the possibility of parasites causing this.

I can't find my ph strips. I will look again tomorrow. If I find them, I will be sure to give you my saliva and urine results.
