apple cider vinegar is really helpful in so many ways. not only for eczema.
Take 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and water. Mix this and apply the mixture on the eczema affected skin using cotton ball
You can also take the mix in a sprayer bottle and spray it on the skin.
A humidifier does help to soothe it. The dry heat can irritate eczema more and that is why a lot of children have more outbreaks during the winter months. The humidifier puts some of that moisture back into the air. honeywell brands are good. Aroma diffuser ion138 is also good just put a chamomile essential oil. it can be used to calm acne, eczema, rashes, dry and itchy skin and other allergic conditions in general.
