You're probably dehydrated--a very common cause for that and your body can't thoroughly digest stuff. Or you're eating something like cheese that clogs you up. Have you tried either of those things?? Why must you assume any little problem is a humongous doctor visit warranted 'crisis'?

Unless it serves some other purpose of course.
