I feel pretty dumb for not noticing my messages were being posted in the thread and not as a PM but i really appreciate all the responses and I decided I知 going to apply for some kind of health insurance when i have time today, that way i can schedule an appointment with a doctor and avoid the ER, in the mean time I知 going to try to have a pathology test run on my stool and I知 going to try my best to cut back on all my strenuous and resistance training and see if that helps, if the problem keeps occurring before I知 insured or get my test results back I知 just going to head to the ER and have them check me out but thanks again for all the responses they池e truly appreciated!
