Oh boy -- I had 8 hours or more of a distended abdomen and no relief. I ended up just going to bed and trying to sleep. I did the smooth move tea every day too (which worked well). I start my second Master-Cleanse tomorrow and may try the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) 1 more time.
