Hi and thanks for the reply!
Well my thoughts regarding the coffee enema is that I wanted to encourage bowel movement. Anyhow, I'll quit doing that and trust the process.
End of day 4, been able to do some work, especially stuff I'd been procrastinating about. That's good. Ah yes, been sober for 5 years and have no attraction toward that anymore, or the crowd that comes with it. It's incredible the feeling in the belly.. how much gunk there is stuck there. Diziness was VERY strong on day 2 and 3. Now it's getting better.
