For me the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) usually takes about an hour and 15 minutes to start working. I dont drink anything for about 45 minutes and then have a glass of water every 10 minutes or so. That seems to get things moving and also hydrates me. Then I start on the lemonade after several glasses of water.
