:) thanks, i am 3/4 of the way done with the swf intake... it is hard... but i can handle it. day three is usually the worst detox day from what i've heard from family and in my own experience so when i'm through this, i have a feeling i'll be okay. i wish i had a scale here, but i have a pap-test early in march so when i'm all done, i'll know how beneficial this was with their accurate scale and whatnot.


i am *really* looking forward to getting through the day. i wish there were a way to make it move along more quickly, although, i still haven't had any lemonade yet and it's 20 till noon.. . hmmm...

what do you think? should i start drinking the lemonade right after i get all this sw down? or should i wait until i've *moved*? the book doesn't seem to specify.
