BullDancer, thanks for the detailed post. The salt water is doing the trick for me!! I remember my SD cleared up each time I went swimming in the sea..

I have tried lots of natural remedies (tea tree oil, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar) and am frequently having to get my hands on a prescription only ketoconazole cream which is a pain.
