Couple of things, many fasters start eating all good foods but don't drink enough water.

Are you drinking at least 2 liters per day?

Second, some foods do trigger constipation, so by elimination and deduction you can figure out if that is the case. Also fibrous fruits may be required in your diet.

I suggest you take Trifala powder every night before bed.
