Oh dear...you really are in a bad way. One thing for sure...carbohydrates, especially anything with Sugar in it must be eliminated. I had hives off and on for years. I saw three specialists; a dermatologist and two allergists. They put me on an antihistamine and an anti-itch medication which made me need to sleep during the day!!! They all said that no one really knows what causes hives...and to continue possibly for life to take the meds. With a compromised quality of life, I went to visit a local health store nutritional advisor and he told me ONE thing which cured not only the hives but so many of the symptoms that you are suffering from. That one thing was to stop eating ALL carbs. Of course, no sugar. But generally NO carbs. (bread, pasta, potatoes, cereals). The diet was VERY healthy; meat, eggs, cheese, tofu, nuts for protein and unlimited vegetables of all kinds....period! I will bet that your diet is very high in carbs. Within two days of being on this healthy 'diet', I was hive AND medication free! After a month on the diet, without trying to lose weight, I did lose 13 pounds. I never felt better or more energetic in my life. If you are motivated enough to feel better, you will be able, like I was (normally a diet failure!), to stick with the protein and veggies diet.

Secondly: Here in Canada, if you have unwanted facial hair that is related to the condition PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) you can have hair removal at no cost. So many people have this condition and don't realize it...and they don't realize that their health care system will cover the cost of hair removal. I would think that private insurance also covers hair removal.
For more information on PCOS, check out this credible source of medical information: MAYO clinic link: Just google Mayo Clinic PCOS. PCOS is often misdiagnosed as thyroid disease.
Good luck!
Robin
