I am B+. Fasting and other natural way of healing is something I've been taught by my parents ever since I was a child SI it is easy for me, bitter, yucky stuff and hard protocols are very easy for me to handle.

Vitamin C is acidic only outside, but after it goes in your stomach it has alkaline effect. Boron, Borax are alkaline so this where too much alkalinity can happen.

Have you tested your urine and saliva first thing in the morning?
