Try:

gargling warm/hottish salted water deep down in throat for as long as possible. Then spit it out. this helps me clear sinuses,, throat, nose, ears. they don't like salt.


Buy an all-natural nasal spray that contains salt water (saline or Sea Salt ).

Try using a shampoo/conditioner AND a bodywash that contain eucalyptus. I'm switching to these at eht moment. They don't like eucalyptus.

Burn eucalyptus oil in an oil burner for a few hours each day. Clears the air and helps clear them out of sinuses.

Spray carpets, drapes, clothes with eucalyptus spray.
