Yes. Mine does and I guess I know why. For the past few days I have been moisturizing my lips constantky with coconut oil and also while going to bed i would apply coconut oil . In the morning while brushing or bathing when the inner lip is wet , it becomes white and peel which leaves behind raw lips.
When I didn't use coconut oil, it won't become white and did not peel everday but peel with the rest of the lip .
