I felt this page needed another positive reinforcement.
However the results I am reporting are not enforced, but spontaneous. We need to stop question the healing faculties of our bodies. We need to trust more and have more patience.
I estimate my pain and discomfort now to be at about 90 % compared to pre-fast. For me this is huge. I know that fasting regularly will bring me full healing. I don't doubt it. And when the day comes - I will post it here,
I plan on fasting a total of 80-90 days in the next year-to 18 months. I may need less until full healing, if I can handle the palpitations, shortness of breath and muscle spasms I tend to experience during fast. These will be my duration limits. Until I have no limits.
Right now I'v completed the re-feed & I Feel stronger than before. My neck and knees are definitely stronger, but I don't forget to rest them enough, because they've been abused and achy for a very long time beforehand. Overall I am more mobile than pre-fast.
I've got also few other bonuses: no more sinusitis; my skin peeled off and renewed completely about 10 days into feeding, my digestion is better now. The adhesions which used to bother me a lot, have not troubled me thus far after breaking the fast. A look better, I look somewhat younger. I have much less cravings. A tooth that was about to get serious problem, doesn't bother me anymore. I feel more at peace with myself.
I have already put all the lost 8 lbs back, which was wanted. I am now stocking on good minerals for the next fast, good fats and good nutrition in general.
