Hi,

are you saying you ended up in the emergency room after a 3day fast/1day refeed/ 3day fast ?

I would recommend going to the first post in this forum and reading all the threads until you get back to this one. You will probably learn a lot.

Personally I think there are better ways to loose fat long term, weight lifting.

It is nice that you already dry fasted before finding this forum, what year did you do your first dry fast?
