Hello , I am on my 2 day fast and its my first time water fasting. I am doing this to detox my body,get mental clarity, lose extra body fat and restart my system.
I am starting with 131.2 Ibs and my target weight to reach is <= 115 Ibs.
So far its been alright. I woke up early today feeling great so I am happy about that! I drank fresh juice for 3 days prior to starting the fast which helped alot.
I hope we can ecourgage eachother and go through this fast and finish it with high spirit.
